Marjorie Corman Aaron is the executive director of the Center for Practice in Negotiation and Problem Solving at the University of Cincinnati College of Law, where she teaches mediation, negotiation, ADR, and interviewing and coun­seling. Aaron is an active mediator, arbitrator, and trainer. She is a mediator panelist and ADR training faculty member of the CPR Institute for Dispute Resolution, has served as a panelist for the Merrill Lynch Claims Resolution Process, and is vice chair of the Ohio Commission on Dispute Resolution and Conflict Management. Aaron is the former executive director of the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School and was also a vice president at Endispute, Inc. and a mediator for the Middlesex Multi-Door Courthouse. Aaron has medi­ated a wide variety of commercial legal disputes. She also designs and teaches workshops on mediation, negotiation, ADR, and decision analysis.
