Kristen M. Blankley is a 2004 graduate of The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, where she earned her Certificate in Dispute Resolution. She has published two articles on the issue of class action arbitration, and she recently won first prize in the James Boskey ADR Writing Competition, law division, for her paper on mediation confidentiality. Currently, she is working as a law clerk for a judge on the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
