Sarah Rudolph Cole , professor of law at the Moritz College of Law, Ohio State University, received her J.D. with honors from the University of Chicago Law School. After clerking on the Ninth Circuit for the Honorable Eugene Wright, Cole practiced labor and employment law at law rooms in Seattle and Chicago. Cole was a member of the faculty at Creighton University School of Law and at the University of Oklahoma College of Law prior to joining the Moritz College of Law in 1998. She is coauthor, with Nancy H. Rogers and Craig A. McEwen, of Mediation: Law, Policy and Practice and of Dispute Resolution: Negotiation, Mediation and Other Processes with Nancy H. Rogers, Stephen Goldberg, and Frank E. A. Sander. She writes, teaches, and speaks on a variety of alternative dispute resolution topics, particularly mediation and arbitration.
