Chris Guthrie is the associate dean for academic affairs and a professor of law at Vanderbilt University Law School. A graduate of Stanford University (B.A.), the Harvard Graduate School of Education (M.Ed.), and Stanford Law School (J.D.), Guthrie began his academic career at the University of Missouri School of Law and has served as a visiting professor at Northwestern, the University of Alabama, and Washington University. Guthrie has received multiple prizes for his teaching and research, including the CPR Institute for Dispute Resolution Professional Article prize in 2001 and 2003 and the Outstanding First Year Professor Award at Northwestern in 2004.
