Sheila Heen
is a partner at Triad Consulting in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and has
been teaching negotiation as a lecturer on law at Harvard Law School for a
decade. She is a coauthor of Difficult Conversations: How to Discuss What
Matters Most (1999), which grew out of ten years of work at the Harvard
Negotiation Project. At Triad, Sheila works with corporate clients such as
Citigroup, Merck, IBM, and Shell and on nonprofit projects with the New
England Organ Bank, The Citadel, and Greek and Turkish Cypriots in Cyprus.
Triad helps executives and communities improve the way they navigate
decision making and handle their most challenging conversations.
