John Richardson is a Ph.D. candidate in the Organization Studies Department at Boston College. His research focuses on the effect that a negotiator’s choice of distribution method has on integrative outcomes and the relationship between negotiators, and on how criteria spread through social networks. Before starting on his doctorate, John was a lawyer at Anderson Kill Olick and Oshinsky and a lecturer on law at Harvard Law School. He is a coauthor, with Howard Raiffa and David Metcalfe, of Negotiation Analysis: The Science and Art of Collaborative Decision Making; and with Roger Fisher and Alan Sharpe of Getting It Done: How to Lead When You Are Not in Charge.
