Katie Shonk is a research associate at Harvard Business School and the editor of Harvard Business School Publishing and the Program on Negotiation’s monthly newsletter, Negotiation. She is the coauthor of “You Can’t Enlarge the Pie”: Six Barriers to Effective Government (with Max H. Bazerman and Jon Baron) and the author of The Red Passport, a short-story collection set in contemporary Russia.
